Awareness is the state of mind in which one is consciously mindful of his or her physical body, mental states, circumstances, climate, and conditions. Here, to recognize and realize our own state, we will look at three types of awareness. Awareness of Object The first kind of Awareness is to be aware of your thoughts. One has to be watchful about thought, memories, opinions, facts, and dreams. Krishnamurti’s “choiceless awareness” discusses this kind of awareness. It says not to choose your thoughts, opinions, and judgements of anything around you or related to you. It means just to be watchful of whatever things occurring to you. Awareness of Object and Subject In this awareness, you become attentive to both thought & thinkers, perceiver & perception,…

The present age i.e. The Information Age (also known as the Computer Age, Digital Age, or New Media Age) is a historical period that began in the mid-20th century. Time has gone when we had to rely on middle parties to make our task done. Now things are pretty simple, we just need to track the sources from where we will get the right information. We need to check the fresh resources available for us. We need to look around and find the right directions. We need to trust the people around us for the information they are sharing. With these simplest activities, we could be successful in leading our life the best way. Just imagine, you are spending around 20% of salary for the tasks you could simply do. For instance, we are generally contacting third parties for PAN card, PPF, bank forms, online applications, filing ROC, online ticket booking, planning tour, making reservation,…

1. Philosophically, Egoist is not a bad word. It’s a human biased behavior towards the self, particular community, or group. Even animals have this biased behavior wherein they give preference to their basic needs like hunger first. 2. It is an idea popular from the time of Aristotelian Nicomachean Ethics wherein he promotes that it’s good to be selfish and to think about self. Aristotle has said that to think about self is the noblest deed. And we couldn’t argue on this because self-love trend is gaining popularity day by day. 3. To get to the meaning, we need to understand the difference between ego, egotism, and egoism. Ego is a person’s sense of self-esteem, self-importance, and self-respect. Egotism is a sense of absolutely being absorbed in one-self and giving excessively importance to oneself. Egoism is to Act in one’s own self-interest or desires. To make this more clear, Ego…
